We also do not offer a refund policy.

Once the relationship is underway and for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer to replace your current Virtual Assistant with another, and continue the relationship that way. You may however, cancel our relationship and the monthly billing, with 30 days notice. You are in full control at all times.
